What I like most about Eploy is how user friendly it is. Compared to other recruitment software I've used in the past, Eploy is a dream to work with.

Customer service is excellent, very helpful team at the other end of the phone. The system is extremely advanced so takes a little while to navigate but there is always support on hand.

The end-to-end recruitment process is really easy for Managers and candidates to navigate. You can tailor the system to suit your business needs and the Customer Service team are always quick to respond if you have any questions.

The system is fantastic and tailored to our needs not just a generic off the shelf product. The team are knowledgeable and supportive which helps in how easy it is to use and implement. Reducing wasted admin time from the team.

Very intuitive system, a lot of capability particularly with the ability to build dashboards. Candidates have a positive experience. Eploy makes recruitment more efficient, and lends the ability to track applicants stats more easily.

The support team are so knowledgeable and always respond in a timely manner. They will do their best to work on a solution for you and the system itself is quite mouldable to how you need it from a core system perspective. Account Managers have also always been very communicative and all round supportive.

Really positive - I still feel like I am learning but it feels like they are there to help me whenever I need it. The feedback internally has also been really positive from our Hiring Managers. Local Admins have a great deal of freedom to customise fields, etc., so that Eploy can be adapted to suit your needs. When you need a little something more than a local admin role allows, the Eploy Success team is on hand and rapidly responds to requests, providing excellent customer service. What do you dislike about Eploy? In six years of using it, the very few things I have disliked have all been addressed by the company as part of their continuous improvements.

I've always had an excellent experience with Eploy. The team are all extremely competent, friendly, patient, and responsive. Everything you look for in an ATS partner. The platform is highly customisable so it can be tailored to suit our recruitment needs. As far as ATS systems go, it's user-friendly too which helps us when working with new hiring managers. The team are also very supportive too, if we ever have any issues. Generally, there isn't much I don't like! I think the CV view functionality could be improved. I find I need to download CVs to really view them properly.
