Using Eploy has given BrewDog a great candidate experience and has taken hours of manual processes away from our hiring managers through the automation that the system allows.

Eploy has a comprehensive core recruitment platform and portal system for Hiring Managers, Candidates, Onboarding and Vendor management. The Hiring Manager Portal and the support this provides were key to getting buy-in from our Hiring Manager.
Eploy allows us to configure our workflows that create time efficiencies whilst maintaining a great experience for both our hiring managers and our candidates. We are a changeable business and it is easy to flex the workflows to meet our changing needs.
To support our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, we wanted a system that allowed our Hiring Managers to carry out shortlisting anonymously. Our previous system couldn't provide this functionality and relied on candidates removing personal details from their CV.
The length of time to conduct the required pre-employment checks and reference collection is notoriously long in the industry. We now have a realistic 9 week period from application to placement and are achieving this, an improvement from an estimated 14 weeks prior to the project.
The Eploy system has changed our approach and strategy for resourcing. The dashboards are so powerful and have supported driving our short and long term approach. During a global pandemic this system has been critical in ensuring our business had controls in place whilst our candidates were kept up to date on applications and how to register for new roles.

I have been through the onboarding process with several public and private sector companies, and the experience hasn't been as fluid and professional as it has been with SCC. It's slick! And handy to have everything a new joiner needs in one place online. In my experience with other companies, the process consists of many different emails, sent at different times, and becomes hard to navigate onboarding. With SCC, because everything is in one place with a progress bar, the whole experience was very easy
We had outgrown our ATS and selected Eploy as the best solution to improve our recruitment journey for candidates and the recruitment team. We worked with the Eploy implementation team to design the system for our differing requirements across locations. We wanted all our recruitment activities, vacancies, reporting and measurement in one place, which is now a reality using Eploy. We have a better candidate experience and a clear careers site reflective of our employer brand and consistency across the end-to-end recruitment process.
We worked closely with the Eploy team and our hiring teams to deliver a recruitment experience that reflects the values and aspirations of the ZSL community. We had ambitious timescales and Eploy went above and beyond to meet these and elevate our candidate experience standards and foster a more inclusive global approach to attracting talent. As a team, we are now well placed for flexibility to adapt and utilise the wealth of data provided in the recruitment dashboards in Eploy that provides granular visibility to monitor the performance of all our recruitment activities.
Eploy could support our requirements and were flexible to our timescales. We had a smooth implementation of the core Eploy recruitment platform and candidate portal to support effective communication with candidates and provide a dedicated area to register for vacancies. Arco’s recruitment agency usage in FY22 equated to a total spend of £324,000 and 23% of overall hires. A new governance framework and direct sourcing training reduced the TA Function’s reliance on agencies and has controlled costs. Agency spending has been reduced by approximately 75% to 8.5% in year 1, contributing to substantial savings and a notable drop in cost per hire.

We're working with Daisy Sands from Eploy, reconfiguring our applicant tracking system for a better candidate and hiring manager experience. One of the biggest successes of implementing Eploy was the ability to not only reduce application drop-offs but also an increase in applications. The ability to contact candidates at any stage even when they haven’t completed applications has helped us turn passive candidates into appointed candidates. In addition, with the CV parsing and Indeed integration we have seen a mass influx of applications. Historically, it used to be a struggle to get passive candidates to apply as they needed to complete a lengthy KCSiE compliant application form. However, with Eploy and the CV parse they only need to fill in the blanks. We have seen a massive increase in applications since embedding, including approx. 60% of our applications coming via the indeed integration. With the bespoke onboarding we have built we have seen a reduction in new starters withdrawing during lengthy notice periods. We have managed to build engaging content to show them during onboarding based on the location and site, including videos from headteachers and Trust leaders. In addition, it has sped up the time to hire with online signed contracts and other compliance. The Customer Success team at Eploy are absolute lifesavers!. Whenever I have to raise tickets to ask about changing system fields or other general help they come back very promptly and resolve the query or jump on a call and show me. The ‘Knowledge Base’ is a game changer and can help us solve any issues ourselves within minutes.
