What I like most about Eploy is how user friendly it is. Compared to other recruitment software I've used in the past, Eploy is a dream to work with.

Recruiting through extra avenues. Easy to create job adverts and puts vacancies onto other jobs sites automatically. Sometimes difficult to deal with large number of applicants.

Customer service is excellent, very helpful team at the other end of the phone. The system is extremely advanced so takes a little while to navigate but there is always support on hand.

I love the layout and how easy it is to navigate around. Everything is pretty straightforward. Wish I knew everything there is to know but I have the knowledge base for that :)

Very good. It has helped smooth our recruitment processes and track KPI's to a level we have not been able to previously. The tracking side of things as well as visually being able to display processes / data.

What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping to automate some of our hiring processes, providing a good quality and consistent candidate user experience and structuring and providing hiring data.

Eploy allows for candidates to have a consistent experience. As I use Eploy everyday, the workflow allows me to work more efficiently and effectively than I use to work previously. Information is displayed clearly.

I love the data we can pull from the system around DE&1, recruitment lifecycle, job boards candidates originate from. Also really like the transparency it gives our hiring managers to see where we are in our recruitment process.

I like the fact running off our payroll and recharge report is much easier and quicker than before! I like the ease of use and the dashboard is so good! I like playing around with reports and seeing what data i can pull off!

The end-to-end recruitment process is really easy for Managers and candidates to navigate. You can tailor the system to suit your business needs and the Customer Service team are always quick to respond if you have any questions.

The system is fantastic and tailored to our needs not just a generic off the shelf product. The team are knowledgeable and supportive which helps in how easy it is to use and implement. Reducing wasted admin time from the team.

From initial meetings through build, implementation and support the service has been excellent The product is easy to use for both the TA team and for Hiring Managers It has automated so much of our process and freed up time to do more proactive work. The people were great and they genuinely wanted to understand our business and needs. I just wish that we had implemented Eploy years ago!
