What do you like best about Eploy? Whole system is brilliant, reporting is fabulous. System is so easy to use for our field based teams. Implementation was great, the team were extremely helpful. It completely revolutionised our recruitment process, we went from taking a minimum of 48 hours to recruit/onboard new starters to being able to complete this in 10 minutes.

The Implementation team are great, really friendly and knowledgeable, and the after care (account management and customer success) is amazing, really fast response and resolution. Really easy and intuitive to use for hiring managers, recruiters and system config/support teams alike, the product has moved on a lot since first taking it, and the roadmap is exciting too. We have integration with Indeed Apply, and other job boards, along with integrations with our HR system (Oracle HR Cloud).

Fantastic system, but the supplier are what make it stand out! Excellent service at every level. I worked on building our system when we began implementing, integration, the building stages and understanding what goes on behind the front surface of the system is mind-blowing and the team made it a lot easier. I loved all the analytics features, that you can basically create a widget for almost anything you want to report on, just to make your day-to-day job, easier! Generally easy to use. The customer support is fantastic, very quick time frame. General overall fantastic system and we use this daily, as I am the onboarding coordinator and work alongside the recruitment team.

Eploy is really intuitive and can easily be configured by ourselves. The team at Eploy are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. They were on hand all the way through the implementation process and the resources and weekly meetings were fantastic. Post implementation regular meetings with the Account Manager are great for catching up on upcoming changes and to talk through ways we can make improvements to our current system. Eploy has changed a very manual recruitment process into a streamlined and efficient automated end to end process.

Overall: Really good! I've now implemented Eploy twice in different businesses, and I'm sure if I ever moved to a new company and needed a new ATS I would choose Eploy again. An array of additional features available that makes assessing candidates incredibly easy as everything is on one screen. Very little that can't be changed to bespoke how you use it. Implementation manager Nic was absolutely fantastic and really supportive; she is a credit to Eploy. What problems is Eploy solving, and how is that benefiting you? Ability to deliver different messages to prospective candidates via the CMS. More detailed reporting, which should help us influence senior management and hiring managers to enhance the recruiting strategy.

What do you like best about Eploy? I returned from maternity leave at the start of our implementation process and found it to be a really positive experience. The process was clearly set out and managed to a very sensible timeline, and each phase was introduced well to allow us to prepare. We are still in the early stages of using the system now that it is live, but it's 'so far, so good'. The system is straightforward, clean and built with recruitment teams in mind. Implementation is bespoke to the business so we can easily tailor our messaging and workflows to enable a really efficient, candidate experience. Eploy has a whole range of insights that we can build into easy to use dashboards and then export reports to give us clear and dynamic insights. On the occasion we do need support, the customer success team is very quick to respond and stay with you until your satisfied that the support query has been resolved. Eploy also integrates with many of the leading jobboards and as such job postings can be advertised to many places automatically. Eploy helps us to be GDPR compliant by holding all candidate data in one place. It allows candidates to opt out and anonymise data automatically.

What do you like best about Eploy? We chose Eploy due to its functionality, ability to be moulded to our business structure and model both now and in the future, ease of use for the recruitment team, hiring managers, candidates and agencies, and ability for us to create bespoke recruitment processes for our various candidate markets. Since implementation, we have introduced the Employee Referral Portal module, and we are now exploring further enhancements with integrations and the potential of the API key. What do you dislike about Eploy? Nothing yet! We have not yet had a negative experience with the product or the support. What problems is Eploy solving, and how is that benefiting you? Having an ATS that is fit for purpose for a professional services business that continues to evolve.

Implementing a new system is tough. The structures, the spreadsheets, the attempts to align in a very short space of time. I have never worked with a software provider like Eploy. David Ellis felt like part of the team. He kept us on track, always made time for us, showed an incredible ability to learn all the intricacies of our business and helped us to not only build a really good system but understand how we were getting there. Now that we have gone live I have to say that the support on a daily basis is really good, very quick and helping us by not just fixing things but helping us to learn how to do it ourselves. We have not finished our journey, there is still a lot more for us to do as we continue to improve our service for all of our stakeholders but we now have the system that is going to help us to get there. The success team and account management team are extremely helpful and responsive. The applicant tracking and onboarding features are user friendly and intuitive and this is a key reason why we chose Eploy. Requesting references can be done at a click of a button which saves us a huge amount of time. Candidate onboarding documents are all located on one place and can be tracked by recruitment teams and hiring managers with ease. When we have asked about developments or any features that may be of use to us, the team respond quickly and are highly knowledgeable. Candidate search features are also rated highly. We are fairly new customers and the experience so far has been really positive.

Before deciding on Eploy our business was in a place where we were using a clunky ATS that was quite quickly becoming unfit for purpose. We needed to revamp all areas of our recruitment strategy without the process being too difficult or a drawn out process. From the initial call, through setup, launch and into live use, the Eploy team have been wonderful. The system is completely customisable to your needs - and our were unusual and vast. At every turn the team approached the project with a 'can do' attitude, working tirelessly to bring our vision to reality. The implementation was thorough, with continued support through to launch and beyond. As we transitioned to a live system and continue to use Eploy, the Customer Success Team constantly go above and beyond the basic idea of Support. In the first 100 days of use we have employed over 100 people end-to-end in a process which is automated, slick and easy to use. As a daily user the features allow me to juggle tens of sources, manage thousands of applicants across multiple roles and 8 sites all on my own. Agency applicants, job boards, social media and search engines are all taken care of inside Eploy with each applicant perfectly placed into the correct application flow. Onboarding and integration to our existing systems extend usability. What do you dislike about Eploy? There is really and truly nothing to dislike. The system can initially 'look complicated' but when setting it up you can make it as simple or as complex as you wish. Other systems we looked at didn't even come close. With other systems 'Can we do this?' was often met with a 'No' or 'It's on the roadmap' - but with Eploy it was always 'Oh a challenge - great - let us get our heads together and we will come up with a solution' - and they did. Repeatedly. Not one thing had to be abandoned - and it was a two-way street - they challenged our ways of working to help improve our process as we went. Even the finished product is not set in stone. I have personally (and with the help of Success when needed) made multiple changes in the last 3 months to the systems and workflows to further tweak and enhance our process. If you want a fully customisable product backed up by world class service - you can't go wrong with Eploy. What problems is Eploy solving, and how is that benefiting you? Before using Eploy, we were juggling a tired ATS, with no onboarding; hundreds of emails and spreadsheets. It was getting to a point that we were losing candidates and couldn't actually keep up.
